Hennessey Venom F5 Makes Debut at a Whopping $2.1 Million!

Hennessy Special Vehicles (HSV) revealed its first production Hennessey Venom F5.  It’s the first of 24 production run of the Venom F5 hypercars.  With a race-car cockpit and a 1,817 horsepower engine, it can reach speeds of up to 334-mph.  The vehicle comes with five drive modes: sport, wet, track, drag and F5.  Each mode will change the steering weight, power delivery, shift points and calibrations for the ABS, traction control and electronic stability control.  Because of the high-performance nature of the vehicle, the company says every owner will need to attend and complete a one-day F5 driver-training program to receive an F5 license and unlock F5 mode.  The company claims the hypercar can reach 0 to 62 mph in 2.6 seconds with traction limited.  The F5 can reach 0 to 186 mph in 8.4 seconds and 0 to 249 mph in 15.5 seconds. The current price tag for the hypercar is $2.1 million per unit with 12 remaining slots to purchase.
