Horizon Aircraft Cavorite X5

Horizon Aircraft Cavorite X5 is an eVTOL concept unveiled last year. Designed by the Toronto-based company, the eVTOL is unlike anything out there. It features 16 ducted fans built into the wings that provide vertical lift. When vertical lift is achieved the ducted fans are covered over by an aerodynamic panel and the aircraft transitions into cruising speed like a normal aircraft. The scale model prototype was built to conduct test on the airworthiness of the aircraft. The company plans to move forward with a full-scale development model that will be fully certified and ready to fly by 2025.
